CFJ AND r&m: THE NEW MAGAZINES ARE HERE

New issues of our B2B magazines rail & mobility and CARGO FREIGHT JOURNAL are being published to coincide with the transport logistic 2023 trade fair in Munich. The magazines can be ordered digitally or as a print edition from: editeur@rail-mobility.eu and editor@cargo-journal.eu Comments and cooperation are very welcome!

The motto of the new issue of rail & mobility (r&m) is: The brand, ideal gold for companies. Various examples from the mobility industry show how a good brand can be sustainably built and maintained. The main part of CARGO FREIGHT JOURNAL deals with various aspects of connecting railways in German-speaking countries. The motto: railway sidings – the key to the traffic turnaround.

Andreas Mandl, CEO of LTE Logistics & Transports and Chairman of the Freight Transport Committee in the Railway Association of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber WKO, provides a knowledgeable overview of the situation in Austria.

The situation in Germany is explained by the Vice President of the Association of German Transport Companies VDV Joachim Berends.

The second focus in both journals is the autonomous driving of rail vehicles.

100 years of the ÖBB – on this occasion, the CEO of the Austrian Federal Railways, Andreas Matthä, gives our magazines an interesting interview. On the occasion of the 175th anniversary of the SIEMENS technology group, we also spoke to the CEO of Siemens AG, Dr. Roland Busch. Other top-class interview partners include CEO HUPAC Michail Stahlhut, CEO Alstom D-A-CH Müslüm Yakisan, VDEI Vice President Prof. Dr. Birgit Milius, VDV communications manager Lars Wagner and honorary chairman of the Pro Bahn passenger association Karl-Peter Naumann.

Lars Wagner reports on the campaign for local public transport “Deutschland mobil 2030“.

The bus drivers Beate Kaminski and Isabelle Werner explain why driving the bus is so much fun and use it to promote participation in the “My Favorite Bus Drivers” competition organized by VDV, bdo and other partners.

We are particularly pleased that we can also support the European idea.

In an engaging interview, Luxembourg’s Deputy Prime Minister François Bausch explains his country’s transport policy: “We are now investing as much per capita in public transport infrastructure as Switzerland!” Other exciting international interlocutors are the Polish Deputy Minister for Infrastructure Andrzej Bittel and the CEO of the Saudi Arabian Railways SAR Dr. Bashar Khalid Al Malik. Record investments are currently being made in the rail sector in Saudi Arabia – we wish you every success!
